Tom Brown

General and Technical Manager

Tom founded Olympic Security in 1989. He and his family have strong ties to our community. He has a wide range of experience covering all aspects of low voltage systems, contracting, technical design, customer service and client relations. He has even spent over 28 years volunteering as a leader and instructor for the National Ski Patrol. Focusing on our core principals of providing great service as well as taking responsibility for everything we do are some of the key elements Tom instills upon his team.  Tom has achieved a level III NICET certification and is our lead systems designer.

Sandra Brown

Customer Service & Technical Support Manager

Sandra has a keen sense of what’s needed to keep us organized, and is a sharp mind to have doing remote programming, assisting with client setups and generally cracking-the-whip on technicians and vendors. She has also taken on CAD in support of our fire alarm design projects.  Sandra is a mom to a couple of beautiful daughters, likes to ride her motorcycle year-round and is a Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator.  She's a talented upholsterer and keeps her '53 Chevy in spotless condition for shows in the summer.

Steve Malbreaugh

Service and Operations Manager

Steve has been in the security industry for over 27 years. He is an experienced, focused, and highly valued member of our team. His drive and determination is what makes him the ideal leader for our technical and service oriented team. His focus is on adding value to the service department and driving our technical staff to provide outstanding service and to build the highest quality systems available.  In his off time Steve enjoys fishing, smoking meat, music and working on his home.

Vikki Ryason

Office Manager

Vikki obtains and tracks all new project Fire Alarm and Electrical Permits, then schedules Inspections as needed.  She monitors and submits Annual Fire Alarm Inspections to Tegris and Compliance Engine. Tracks ongoing Projects, Contracts and Inspections - in addition to new job set up and performing the ongoing internal audit. Vikki also works to keep our Safety Manual updated for the Team and updates our Facebook/Website Blog on a regular basis.  A lifelong resident of Snohomish County, Vikki brings over 30 years of Administrative, Management & Customer Service experience with her. Vikki has a passion for animal rescue, target shooting, rock hounding, reading and taking the RAZR to Eastern Washington or to the Dunes with her husband.
